The Elberta is an immensely popular, heirloom peach variety dating back to the 1870s. In early to mid-spring, the tree is covered with a beautiful display of fragrant, pink blossoms. These give way to large, desirable freestone peaches that ripen in mid-to-late summer, featuring yellow flesh with a noticeable red blush.
