The Daruma Loropetalum (Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum 'Daruma') is a compact evergreen shrub loved for its deep burgundy leaves and neon pink, "fringe" flowers. It is one of the smallest loropetalum varieties, making it great for low hedges or containers. The foliage is a dark ruby color all year but can shift to a deep olive green as the leaves age.
